Is Licentio really free during the beta?

Yes. Every feature across all plans is fully available at no cost during the beta period. No credit card is required to sign up, and there are no usage limits. When the beta ends, we'll give you plenty of notice before any billing begins.

What happens when the beta ends?

You'll be notified well in advance. Associate accounts will transition to the $79/year plan, and organization accounts will move to the platform fee plus per-seat pricing. Supervisors remain free forever. Any hours you logged during beta carry over completely.

Why is there no monthly plan?

Licensure is a multi-year commitment, and we've priced Licentio to reflect that. Annual billing keeps your cost predictable and lets us keep the price lower than a monthly equivalent would be. If there's strong demand for monthly billing after launch, we'll consider it.

Are supervisor accounts really free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. We believe the supervisor workflow is what makes Licentio genuinely useful, and putting it behind a paywall would undermine that. Supervisors are invited by their associates (or by an organization admin) and get full dashboard access at no cost, with no time limit.

How does organization billing work?

Organizations pay an annual platform fee of $199/year, which covers the organization dashboard, aggregate reporting, and team management tools. On top of that, each associate on the team costs $49/year. That comes out to $89/associate effective cost for a 5-person team, and just $62/associate for a team of 15. Supervisors are always free, no matter how many your team has. If you add an associate mid-year, they're prorated to your renewal date. If an associate leaves, their seat isn't charged at the next renewal.

Can an associate switch from an individual plan to an organization?

Yes. If an associate is already tracking hours individually and their practice adopts Licentio, their account and all logged hours transfer into the organization seamlessly. The associate's individual billing ends, and the organization picks up their seat.

What licensure pathways are supported?

Licentio currently supports the three California BBS-supervised licensure pathways: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), and LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor). Additional states and pathways are on our roadmap.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Associates can export their session logs as CSV or PDF at any time. The Experience Verification report is formatted to meet BBS submission requirements. Organizations can export aggregate team data for compliance documentation.
